The HDC owns and operates five state licensed Christian adult foster care homes for men and women who are developmentally disabled.

The HDC objectives:

• To provide a Christian home environment for six men/women with a developmental disability
• To provide an environment that encourages optimal personal growth
• To prepare the men/women for greater independence by teaching independent living skills
• To sustain and support each man/woman in an educational or employment program
